DELIVERY

We aim to arrange the shipment of all items within 24 working hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays), all orders placed before 1 pm will be dispatched the same day. otherwise, your item will be sent the next working day. For next day delivery, please contact us.

We will only resend your order once Royal Mail confirms that the parcel is lost. This will be 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Please inform us of lost parcels via email after the 7 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or bad weather.

All deliveries are made using Royal Mail. We do our very best to make sure that orders received by 1 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. In certain circumstances we are unable to do so, so please allow this service to take 1-3 working days. If we think we will be slightly delayed in delivering your order, we will let you know with an updated estimate (usually an extra day or two) via the email provided on checkout. UK Delivery is free for all orders. Orders of £50 or over will be sent via Royal Mail Standard 48. 

No items are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

- Cancelling Your Order
You have 1 hour from ordering your item to cancel it. After that time we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it may already have begun production. If that is the case your order will be sent to you and a refund will not be provided.


- Returns & Exchanges Policy
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but in the unfortunate event that you are not, we will do our very best to make it right. If the item you have ordered is defective, or you have simply changed your mind then, provided that it is in its original condition and not personalised(non-engraved), you can return it to us for prompt replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery.

*International buyers: You may return most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid. Unless otherwise stated, original delivery costs, Import Fees Deposit and return shipping for change of mind returns are not refunded.


- Bespoke or Personalised Products
Unless there has been an error on our part, or the item you have purchased is defective or damaged, we cannot accept returns on 'personalised', ‘bespoke’ items or Pierced Products (such as earrings and body jewellery)

It is vitally important that when you place your order for personalised products(Engraving) that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct and we will not be checked them.


- What to do
Simply message us indicating which item(s), the order number, your reason for returning the item(s), and whether you are seeking a replacement or refund.

If the item is returnable under our returns policy terms and conditions, we will issue you with a returns address and a Returns Authorisation Code.
You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Code before sending anything back to us or we will not otherwise be able to process your return.

For item(s) returned to us with the appropriate Returns Authorisation Code and in accordance with these terms and conditions, a refund or replacement will be processed by us within 1~4 working days of receipt of the returned items. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.


- Returns & Exchanges Postage
You have a duty of care for the products you would like to return in order for a refund to be given. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to using a delivery service that tracks the parcel and insures you of the value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.

We would suggest you obtain proof of postage when returning items. This can be done in the form of a receipt which will be given to you on request at your local post office.

If the item is lost while being returned to us, proof of shipping receipt is required when you take action to compensate for the loss to the shipping company.

The costs of returning goods will be paid by you (unless the item is damaged/faulty). If the item is faulty, we will refund the return postage cost as well as the relevant initial postage charge (if any).


- Damaged/Faulty Goods
Please check your goods immediately on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please contact us within 5 days of delivery. If you do not inform us within 5 days, then we will not accept liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.

UK next day delivery and Saturday delivery require a signature.

Orders placed before 1 pm are usually dispatched on the same day*.

Orders made after 1 pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

Orders made using our Checkout system may be subject to delays.

Special Delivery items are guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive at their destination by 1 pm on the next working day.

All delivery time frames exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

*During busy sales or seasonal periods, there may be delays in processing orders. We recommend that you order ahead of time to avoid disappointment.
