ON ALL ORDERS*
We aim to arrange shipment of all items within 24 working hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays), all orders placed before 3 pm will be dispatched the same day. otherwise, your item will be sent the next working day. For next day delivery, please contact us.
We will only resend your order once Royal Mail confirms that the parcel is lost. This will be 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Please inform us of lost parcels via email after the 7 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or bad weather.
All deliveries are made using Royal Mail. We do our very best to make sure that orders received by 3 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. In certain circumstances we are unable to do so, so please allow this service to take 1-3 working days. If we think we will be slightly delayed in delivering your order, we will let you know with an updated estimate (usually an extra day or two) via the email provided on checkout. UK Delivery is free for all orders. Orders of £50 or over will be sent via Royal Mail Standard 48.
No items are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
When you order from us online, you are entitled to a cooling-off period when you can return your goods and receive a refund or exchange. Our cooling off period is 14 days from the date the goods are dispatched to you.
Certain items are excluded from the cooling-off period guarantee unless we are at fault. Pierced items (such as earrings and body jewellery) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We offer a full refund on goods that are returned to us within 14 days of dispatch. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us by email or contact us form and return the item to us. With your return, we can process your return as quickly as possible. If you wish to return an item, please use the return address stated on our address and ensure that you pay the correct postage for the size and weight of the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels returned to us that are lost in transit, therefore we strongly recommend at least the royal mail signed for service. Please note that the return shipping charges are only refundable for faulty goods, goods not as described or incorrect goods. The original delivery charge, if one was applied, will be refunded at the same time as the returned goods. Once we have assessed the items, We aim to do this within 14 working days of the receipt of the goods and will notify you by email once this has been done.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelling an order before dispatch: If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it.
You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order.
UK next day delivery and Saturday delivery require a signature.
Orders placed before 3 pm are usually dispatched on the same day*.
Orders made after 3 pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.
Orders made using our Checkout system may be subject to delays.
Special Delivery items are guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive at their destination by 1 pm on the next working day.
All delivery time frames exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
